01Architectural & product rendering+
Photorealistic architecture, interiors, products, and branded spaces—from model cleanup and detailed geometry to UVs, materials, lighting, cameras, and final images. My toolkit includes 3ds Max, Blender with Eevee and Cycles, V-Ray, Corona, Chaos Vantage, Octane, Redshift, and real-time options selected for each brief.
02Product animation & architectural walkthroughs+
Architectural walkthroughs, product films, and immersive spatial presentations shaped around camera movement, atmosphere, and storytelling. I prepare optimized scenes and use Blender, Chaos Vantage, Twinmotion, D5 Render, and Lumion to balance visual quality with a practical delivery schedule.
03Motion & video editing+
From short-form product and concept animation to the finished presentation: editing, pacing, transitions, color, and image refinement. I bring rendered sequences together with DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Topaz AI where they serve the story.
04Design services+
Interior, retail, hospitality, product, and experiential concepts grounded in circulation, scale, sightlines, materials, lighting, and buildability. I translate drawings and models from Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max into clear visual proposals, including branded spaces and digital-display integration.
05AI workflows+
I use ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Krea AI, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Topaz AI to explore concepts, develop visual directions, refine images, and speed up repetitive production steps. Python, scripting, and custom 3D workflows connect the tools; every result is selected and finished through my own artistic judgment.
06Project management+
Clear briefs, schedules, feedback rounds, quality checks, and dependable handoff from first concept to final files. I coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, marketing teams, fabricators, and clients, keeping visual intent aligned with technical constraints and deadlines. Basecamp and Asana help keep reviews and deliverables visible.

Can we work together from another country?
Yes. My practice is based in Montréal and available for remote collaboration. We agree the review schedule and delivery requirements for your project.
How are timing and pricing decided?
Both depend on the modeling required, visual complexity, number of views or animation length, formats, and feedback rounds. These are agreed around your brief.

I’m Fadi, a 3D artist, architectural designer, and product visualizer based in Montréal. Through KFVisuals, I turn spaces, objects, and ideas into images that feel real—and make you feel something.
With 10+ years of experience, my practice spans architectural visualization, product rendering, interior design, and animation. I work with studios, architects, designers, and brands locally and internationally, combining a considered visual approach with clear communication and dependable delivery.
I combine 3D craft with AI, scripting, and custom tools to explore ideas, test materials and visual directions, and simplify repetitive work. Every result is reviewed and refined through my own artistic judgment.
Research is a constant part of my practice. I follow advances in real-time rendering, generative AI, and creative technology, testing new methods to understand where they can improve image quality, storytelling, and the way a project is delivered.
